SteamEase™ should only be used on steam-safe surfaces approved by the product manual or surface manufacturer. Steam is hot and may cause burns, so always follow the included use, safety and care guidance before cleaning.

Yes, we recommend sweeping or vacuuming loose debris before steam cleaning. SteamEase™ is designed to help loosen grime and refresh steam-safe surfaces, but loose dust, crumbs, pet hair or larger debris should be removed first for a smoother cleaning routine.
Steam cleaning may leave light moisture on the surface during use. Avoid holding steam in one place for too long, use the correct pad or attachment and allow the surface to dry fully after cleaning. If a surface should not be exposed to heat or moisture, do not use steam on it.
