Select the care roller that suits your routine, switch on HeelCloud™ and gently glide the rotating surface over dry, intact skin using light pressure. Check the treated area frequently and stop once the desired level of smoothing has been reached.
It is best suited for dry and rough-looking heels, weekly foot maintenance, sandal preparation, travel and maintaining smoother-looking feet between professional pedicures.
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Express shipping takes 1–3 business days after dispatch, and standard shipping is free for orders over $49. For pre-orders, the approximate dispatch date is shown on the product page. During sales and peak periods, dispatch times may be extended.

Use the fine roller for lighter smoothing, the medium roller for regular heel maintenance and the coarse roller for rougher areas. Always begin gently and check the skin frequently during use.
Apply light pressure and gently move the rotating roller across dry, intact skin. Do not hold the device on one area for too long, and stop immediately if the skin becomes painful, overly sensitive or irritated.
Do not use HeelCloud™ on broken, bleeding, painful, inflamed, infected or irritated skin. The device is intended for cosmetic maintenance of dry, intact surface skin only.
Use HeelCloud™ according to the supplied product instructions. Unless your exact model specifically confirms wet use, use the device only on clean, dry skin and keep the main device away from water.
Switch off the device, remove the roller and use the included cleaning brush to clear away residue. Clean removable parts according to the supplied instructions and allow every component to dry fully before reassembling or storing.
