Charge Handora™ fully with the supplied USB-C cable, position it around the back of the neck and upper shoulders, then secure the adjustable strap. Switch the device on, begin with the gentlest intensity and select your preferred heat setting. Reposition the device until the kneading contact feels balanced and comfortable.
Handora™ is best suited for evening relaxation, long desk days, post-work wind-down routines, home self-care, quiet sofa moments and people who prefer a cordless hands-free massage experience. It is designed for comfort and relaxation rather than medical treatment.
