FrostNest™ is made for home ice-making and everyday drink routines. It is an ice-making appliance, not a freezer, so freshly made ice may slowly melt in the basket if not used or transferred.
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Express shipping takes 1–3 business days after dispatch, and standard shipping is free for orders over $49. For pre-orders, the approximate dispatch date is shown on the product page. During sales and peak periods, dispatch times may be extended.
Shipping Protection can be added at checkout and helps cover confirmed lost or stolen courier deliveries. If Shipping Protection is declined, replacement for lost or stolen orders cannot be guaranteed.
We offer a 30-day return policy after receiving your item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, contact kavendel.shop@gmail.com. EU customers may also have a 14-day cooling-off period where applicable.
